This week we talk about the underappreciated model room technicians that make the foundation of everything we make possible. Marsha Mais found herself in a dental laboratory. They put her where they put everyone when they start, the model room. Marsha loved it. She was good at it. Unfortunately she saw that she did not get the respect and appreciation that many other technicians got. Marsha talks about her journey, some really neat tricks she has picked up over the years, and how we (as a industry) can do better showing love to the hard working people that is the "frontline" to all the analog (and sometimes digital) work coming in.
