Brian started his dental career in the United States Navy as a dental assistant/hygienist. He knew as a teenager that the dental industry was in his future. After his honorable discharge he went in search of his first life changing job out into the real world. His first job was in a local dental laboratory as a delivery driver. On his down time he quickly learned model pouring and articulating. Before long he was asked to join the denture department and started mastering the fabrication of dentures. Within five years he was asked to join the cast partial department and soon took over as lead technician. He worked in that laboratory for sixteen years.
Brian was then offered a position in another laboratory as a manager of the removable department. He spent two years there learning how to manage personal, maintain inventory and quality control.
