Brooke Harris CDT, TE

Brooke Harris, CDT, TE is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of dental technology. She has earned an Associate of Science in Dental Laboratory Technology, a Bachelor's degree in General Studies, and a Master's degree in Public Management with a focus on Health Systems Administration. Brooke is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Dental Technology program at Indiana University Fort Wayne (IUFW), which is a part of the Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD).

Professor Harris is a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) in Complete Dentures and Removable Partial Dentures, and she is also a Certified Dental Technologist. She is a member of many professional organizations and serves on their boards in various capacities. Her notable roles include serving as a Site Visitor for the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA), Past Educator Representative for the National Board of Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (NBC) Board of Trustees, Past President of the Association of Indiana Dental Laboratories.

In recognition of her contributions, Brooke was named one of the Journal of Dental Technology’s “Who’s Hot” Trendsetters in 2016, and she was awarded the 2017 Educator of the Year Award from the National Board of Dental Laboratories (NADL).
