Dylan started working at PRO-Craft when he was 15 years old hand waxing full crowns. Dylan then die trimmed for many years, while also successfully managing the Model and Die department. With time and continued success, he advanced as the team leader of the Model and Die department. As team leader he was the point man in the development of PRO-Craft's Digi Deck technology used to base our model work.
Today he is the team leader of the digital department and responsible for CAD/CAM milling workflow, 3 shape design software, and lineup of 3D digital printers. He assists his team of technicians in ongoing training and just finished rolling out our PVS impression scanning systems that has been PRO-Craft's biggest technical advancement in recent years.
Since his childhood years, Dylan has been intrigued by the “magical” atmosphere of the dental lab spending many hours with his dad in the lab growing up. He looks forward to helping PRO-Craft's clients stay on the cutting edge of technology and is always looking for the next thing that will make their lives, and the lives of their patients better.
Dylan enjoys the outdoors and camping with his wife and daughter. He likes off-roading in his truck and adding new equipment that can help him get to the most remote areas of the country he can find. He and his wife are actively involved in serving in their church and love working with the youth.
