Gloria Brown

Gloria started her customer service path in high school when she had a job at a pizza delivery chain taking phone orders. After college and getting married, she moved from Wilmington, NC to Greensboro, NC and worked for American Express where she received extensive customer service training. She started with Triad Dental Studio in August 1997 as a part-time Customer Service Rep. In 2000, she became the Production Coordinator. In 2005, she became the Customer Service Team Leader. She feels blessed to work for Matt and Martha Martin and greatly enjoys working with her co-workers and with the doctors and their staffs. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband (32 years!) and her nieces and nephews.
