Jason founded Orthodontic Lab Solutions (OLS) after nearly three decades of building and operating orthodontic laboratories. What began in 1998 as a small garage project evolved into multiple successful labs, including Northern California’s first fully digital orthodontic lab, Orthodontic Lab Pros, Lodi, CA.
Today, through OLS, Jason focuses on consulting, equipment evaluations, product and equipment distribution and sales, and partnering as a brand ambassador with leading manufacturers, helping labs and practices integrate cutting edge technologies, from automated wire bending to AI assisted software, digital workflows, 3D printing, and next generation lab automation, so owners can stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. Jason works directly with clients to evaluate their specific needs, guiding them toward the right technology investments to improve performance, maximize return and avoid costly mistakes.
Having worked as a technician, business owner, and early adopter of emerging technologies, Jason understands both the day to day challenges and the opportunities labs face. His goal is to share real world insights, test and validate new equipment, and help partners confidently bring advanced products and digital workflows to market, while also helping labs improve profitability, increase efficiency, and build long term value that positions them for the next generation of owners and technicians.
Jason is also the creator of the Ortho Outlaw social media and YouTube channel, where he films the latest advancements in orthodontic lab technology and puts them to the test through real world reviews, demonstrations, and hands on evaluations.
