Jesse Flor MBA, CDT is a second generation dental technician since 1996. Since taking over his family dental laboratory in San Bernardino, CA in 2007, he has focused on processing both fixed and removable restorations by utilizing the digital workflow models. He was a software Beta Tester and a certified advanced trainer and Key Opinion Leader for DentsplySirona and other companies and a national presenter for both companies. In addition to this, he manages a small DSO network in California focusing on digital integration for dental offices by partnering with dentists for chairside technology models and patient standard of care models.
