Jessica Knott, CDT, is a former United States Air Force Laboratory Technician who began her career after graduating the DoD’s ADA-accredited laboratory program in 2014. After challenging her CDT 2 years early and obtaining it on her first try in 2017, she found her true passion through digital dentistry applications and 3D printing. In the Air Force, Jessica worked clinically to provide same day restorative work and supervised the Laboratory Fixed Department at Keesler AFB, a clinic comprised of 48 doctors, 16 lab technicians and 7 dental specialities. Also, she was the Lead Trainer for all digital dentistry operations including CAD/CAM, intraoral imaging, 3D treatment planning and 3D printing. Among the many accolades during her career, Jessica was most recently recognized by the DHA’s Medical Director Major General Place in 2019 for her efforts in training development and digital integration for the Air Force Dental Service.

After separating from Active duty military in July 2019, Jessica is now a Manager at Bayou State Dental Lab in Baton Rouge, LA, one of .04% of labs to be both DAMAS and CDL certified.
