Joe Young was introduced to the laboratory at the age of 6. After earning his BA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies, he returned to the family business. He attended the inaugural class of NADL University and currently serves on the Board of Directors of NADL. Joe is a second generation lab owner serving as Marketing Manager for Young Dental Laboratory, Inc.
