As a 15+ year dental tech I have moved my way up from being a plaster monkey working the model room at Top Quality Partials Lab all the way up to managing a large production SLM print Partial lab. I did many things along the way including all steps in the partial making process as well as creating multiple partial departments in labs. I even started my own lab by converting an old bait shop into a removables lab. This all led me to where I am now which of course is being interviewed on the worlds greatest podcast- Voices From The Bench.
Josh Williams has been a guest on 2 episodes.
