Kaveh Shams is the Branch Manager for Zirkonzahn Canada and has over 15 years of experience in dental technology, with a strong background in both conventional and digital workflows.
He graduated from Lambeth College in London, UK, in 2009 and began his career in a traditional dental laboratory on Harley Street, where he worked until 2018, developing a solid foundation in analog dental technology and esthetic restorations.
After moving to Canada, Kaveh specialized in digital dentistry, working as a CAD/CAM specialist focused on implementing and integrating digital workflows for dental laboratories across Canada and the United States. His experience spans CAD/CAM systems, milling technologies, digital materials, and laboratory workflow optimization.
Since joining Zirkonzahn Canada in 2022, Kaveh has been helping dental laboratories and clinicians adopt advanced digital solutions through education, clinical support, workflow development, and business consulting. He is passionate about bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern digital technologies and enjoys sharing practical knowledge that helps laboratories improve efficiency, predictability, and patient outcomes.
