After finding myself incarcerated I had many choices to make regarding the direction of my life. One of those choices was which vocational program to participate in; Microsoft Word, Construction or Dental Laboratory Technology. Although I had never heard of Dental Technology, the choice was a no brainer. 15 years later and now I own my very own one woman lab specializing in Dentures and All On Fours. The industry has changed my life for the better and while I am not proud of my past, I am excited about my future and proud of what obstacles I overcame to get here.
