Mike is coming up on 33 years with BonaDent starting his career in the dental field as a Pick Up and Delivery Driver. The rest of his journey has been in Leadership roles at the main headquarters in New York and also as the General Manager at the Melbourne, FL location. In 2008, Mike was moved over to run the Danaren Division of the BonaDent organization – focused on making great restorations affordable, and entrenched in the DSO market. Mike’s passion in business is building Culture and helping people believe in themselves. Outside of work and in the streets, Mike is an avid runner & triathlete.
