Nichoel, a US Army Combat Veteran, now holds a vital role as the CAD Manager at Ziemek Dental Laboratories in Olympia, WA. She embarked on a new career path after her service, training as a Dental Lab Technician at Bates Technical College. Upon graduation, she joined Ziemek and honed her design skills for over a decade, eventually ascending to the role of CAD Manager.
Nichoel supervises the entire design department, which includes CB, Implants, and Removables. Under her leadership, the department has expanded from a modest team of three in-house designers to a robust network of more than 13 remote designers scattered across the United States.
