Norbert Ulmer is the founder and president of Gro3X, Inc. located in Charlotte, NC.
During his 30 years in the dental industry Norbert had a variety of sales and marketing roles
in Germany, the US and many other countries. He worked for companies such as KaVo,
Sirona, DentaTrust, and Dentsply Sirona.
Norbert holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from Baden-Wuerttemberg
Cooperative State University, an MBA in General Management from The Berlin School of
Economics & Law, a Master of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Ludwig-
Maximilian University in Munich as well as a Certificate in Behavioral Economics from Yale
School of Management.
He was also featured in JDT’s Who’s Hot in 2019.
