Ricki Braswell CAE

BIOGRAPHY
Ricki is the former Co-Executive Director for the NADL, NBC and she was instrumental in launching the Foundation for Dental Laboratory Technology. She served in these roles from 2001-2011 when she became the President and CEO for the Pankey Institute. Pankey is the premier educational foundation for dental professionals to take post-graduate continuing education. She held that role for 8 years.

As an executive within the dental non-profit profession, Ricki has been successful in turning around organizations which struggled with sustainability in a changing market. She’s turned lagging organizations into thriving organizations and developed teams who demonstrated a commitment and culture which bolstered the organizations. Her strengths lie in the areas of strategic thinking, financial management, creativity, building teams, developing culture and honing leadership skills.

Last year Ricki launched Beyond Coaching, to help leaders and business owners take their businesses to the next level of success. Ricki holds an internationally recognized Professional Coaching Certification which she earned through the University of Miami as well as a certification in non-profit management.
