Dr. Crockett has been in private practice since completing his graduate prosthodontic residency at UCLA in 2017. He practices full-time in Tempe, AZ, treating patients with a full spectrum of prosthodontic needs. In addition to his clinical work, he teaches as an adjunct professor in the prosthodontic clinic at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
Dr. Crockett has published multiple scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, contributed chapters to dental textbooks, and holds multiple patents. His special interests include full-mouth rehabilitations, particularly implant reconstructions.
