Jill Swafford and Christina Heaslip are two ladies that love to mill and they love the industry so much that they started a group online called Ladies of the Mill. The group is intended to give strength to the females in our profession. It has grown so much that they are holding their first summit in July 2021. They come on to talk about starting their labs, running the lab and a family, starting the group, and how this summit will be different from the usual dental meeting.
