As he starts his "semi-" retirement, Gary reflects back on the early days of getting into the industry, opening his own lab, and getting with other technicians to start a group to help them all succeed. Dennis talks about getting his CDT, finding the motivation to get on the board to promote it, and what the NBC is doing to make sure technicians still have the opportunity to get certified during these difficult times.

Then we talk to Sean Siegel from Castable Ceramics (also the Chairperson of the Foundation of Dental Laboratory Technology) and Shawn Nowak from Nowak Dental Supplies (also the Fiscal Officer of the Foundation). They give us an update on the Foundation, all the grants and scholarships that are available, and how the Foundation plans on being stronger than ever once we get back to normal.
