Dan Elfring CDT

Dan Elfring is an in-house dental laboratory technician at Pickle Prosthodontics in Colorado Springs. He is able to work directly with the patients during all phases of denture fabrication and other removable prostheses. Dan has 41 years of experience as a dental technician and is a Master CDT, certified in all 6 specialties. Dan also serves as an examiner for the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology.
Dan Elfring retired from the Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant after 28 years. His position was the Command Dental Manager for Air Force Space Command and Manager of Peterson Area Dental Laboratory. Dan’s most recent accomplishment was being awarded the 2015 Certified Dental Technician of the Year by the National Association of Denta Laboratories. He has trained with some of the best removable technicians in the U.S., Canada and Europe and continues to find ways to improve his knowledge and skills in removable technology. Dan has also completed 2 Master’s Degrees outside of the dental field (an MBA and Master’s in Human Resource Management). Dan is married to his lovely wife Melissa of 34 years and they have 2 wonderful children.
