David de Wet is a Registered Dental Technician and director of Oralart Dental Ceramics in Auckland, New Zealand. David studied in Durban, South Africa, graduating first in class in 1988. After immigrating to New Zealand, he became the owner of Oralart in 1998.
In the years since, David has grown Oralart to be one of New Zealand’s leading digital dental laboratories. He is a sought-after speaker, with an interest in sharing a laboratory perspective with dentists for ultimate dental team collaboration.
David specialises in cosmetic and implant cases, with a passion for excellence. He is a member of the ITI, NZIDT and NZACD, as well as being a key opinion leader for Dentsply Sirona and Asiga 3D Printers.
