Robert Norton is a digital dentistry educator, ExoCAD specialist, and founder of Exomed 3D. An Atlanta native with an art and graphic-design background, he came to dentistry through technology rather than tradition, opened his first lab at 23, and has spent roughly 15 years mastering ExoCAD. Today he’s one of Evolve’s lead trainers, known for slowing things down until the software clicks. Freeform is his signature tool — he’s as comfortable building custom grills and reverse-engineered car parts as he is designing restorations, and he believes good training adapts to each lab’s workflow, not the other way around
