Mike Farago's father was a dedicated dental technician. Somehow, Mike grew up not wanting to be a dental technician. But with one project helping his dad set up a new phone system, Mike fell in love with the people, the processes, and the industry. Mike talks about buying Concord Dental Laboratory, becoming a needed leader to the employees he needs so much, outsourcing employees and not work, and creating a sustainable business that doesn't' rely on one technician for one offered service.
