This is why we welcome to the podcast Jason Kiser from Kettenbach. Jason grew up in a lab that his dad owned (so he knows what a bad impression is), but was too much of an extrovert to sit at a bench. Now with Kettenbach, Jason see the importance of involving the lab in the very beginning to make sure we get the records that we need. He talks about different materials and give us some great tips and tricks to talk to doctors about when we are not getting the impressions that we need.
