Jim Caruso's grandfather opened Ottawa Dental Lab back in the 30's and now the operation is 4 labs in 2 states. Jim talks about coming into the family business, the logistics of running drivers over 5,000 miles a day, life during COVID, and creating a culture that encourages technicians to succeed.
